You agree to follow all access and security procedures provided from time to time by NAMP®, and you will not attempt, nor will you aid or abet any other person in any attempt, to circumvent or otherwise interfere in any way with any security precautions or measures of NAMP®.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use: As a condition of your use of the Website, you will not use the Content or access the Website for any purpose that is harmful, abusive, derogatory, defamatory, in violation of any confidentiality obligation, invasive of any third party's rights, unlawful, disruptive to the Website, or otherwise prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Website. NAMP® reserves the right to terminate your use of the Website, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, if NAMP® reasonably believes that your conduct fails to conform to the Terms of Use.
Course Updates: Mortgage regulations & guidelines can change throughout the year. With that said, we make every effort to keep our Students updated and do this in a variety of ways. We start with an annual review of each course to determine if full, partial or no revamping is needed, and will revise the course(s) once a year accordingly. We also include source links within each presentation, so Students throughout the year can get updated on their own. We may also put together a supplemental “update” webinar when a MAJOR rule change occurs. For example, we published an “update” webinar when the DODD/FRANK Act first came into law because the new law required major guideline changes which affected the entire mortgage industry. Finally, we post weekly training videos and articles within our weekly e-newsletter, The Mortgage Standard, which often cover breaking mortgage news & proposed legislative changes.

Testimonials appearing on this website are received in various forms via a variety of submission methods. The testimonials reflect the real life experiences of individuals who used our products and/or services. However, individual results may vary. We do not claim, nor should the reader assume, that any individual experience recounted is typical or representative of what any other consumer might experience. Testimonials are not necessarily representative of what anyone else using our products and/or services may experience. The people giving testimonials on this website may have been compensated with free products or discounts for use of their experiences.
The testimonials displayed are given verbatim except for grammatical or typing error corrections. Some testimonials may have been edited for clarity, or shortened in cases where the original testimonial included extraneous information of no relevance to the general public. The National Association of Mortgage Processors (NAMP) is not responsible for the opinions or comments posted on this website, and does not necessarily share the opinions, views or commentary of postings on this website. All opinions expressed are strictly the views of the poster or reviewer. All testimonials are reviewed for authenticity before they are posted for public viewing.
Refund Policy: No refunds or credits will be issued if a student and/or customer has, AT ANY TIME, logged into any recorded webinar course, or downloaded any course materials or requested a Certificate of Completion for the course/certification/bootcamp/bundled package purchased. If a refund is issued to a customer, the customer will not be permitted to repurchase any NAMP®/NAMU®/CampusMortgage® product from NAMP®/NAMU®/CampusMortgage®, or its affiliate resellers. NOTE: there are no refunds on corporate sponsorship packages that include advertising, “brand awareness” initiatives, email marketing, banner ads, etc.
Member/Certificant Complaint Resolution (Not Provided): We do not get involved in member/certificant complaint resolution, and as such, we will not become the judge or jury in deciding who is right and who is wrong.
NAMP® Membership Phased Out (UPDATE NOTICE): NAMP® Membership was phased out on 08/25/17; therefore, NAMP® membership is no longer offered for sale. As a result, NAMP® Membership is not a requirement to obtain/maintain active NAMP® certification. Please note that all existing active NAMP® members will still have membership benefits until his/her NAMP® membership expires.

NOTE: All special offers, vouchers & promotions are made available to all new and existing customers — for example, if your co-worker received a voucher (discounted price and/or package deal) from us, we will always honor that same voucher to you.
Job Placement Not Provided: For those students who are seeking to find job within the mortgage industry please note we do NOT provide job placement assistance of any kind. Aside from the current state of any given job market, there are many other factors that go into a student landing a job after obtaining NAMP® certification — which are out of NAMP®’s control (i.e. a student’s professionalism, interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, employment track record, etc.). With this is mind, we do not provide job placement assistance, nor do we guarantee a student will find a job. However, upon request we can provide a student with “job search resources” which is a PDF file containing a variety of free resources such as resume builder websites, job posting sites, etc.. NOTE: the “job search resources” PDF file is simply a minor, value-added component of what is being purchased and should not be factored in heavily when making the purchase decision.
NAMP® Membership/NAMP® Certification Revocation: We reserve the right, at any time, to revoke your NAMP® certification for reasons including (but not limited to) violation of the NAMP® Code of Ethics, expiration of NAMP® certification, etc.
Use of NAMP® Logo & Name on Promotional Materials: We do NOT allow certificants to use the NAMP® logo/name on any promotional materials (i.e. business cards, websites, brochures, online/print advertising, etc.). However, you may list your active NAMP® certification and active NAMP® membership on your resume and LinkedIn.com profile. For example, you may add the NAMP® certification acronym to your LinkedIn.com profile name (for example, John Smith, NAMP®-CMLP). You may also add the NAMP® certification to your LinkedIn.com "Certifications" section of your profile, i.e. Certified Master Loan Processor (NAMP®-CMLP). NOTE: Please do NOT add your Student # as the "License #”. Remember, your NAMP® certification is not a license; it is strictly a “professional development” program.
Opinion-Editorial (Op-Ed) Disclaimer For NAMP® Library Articles: The views and opinions expressed in the NAMP® Library articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect any official NAMP® policy or position. Examples of analysis performed within this article are only examples. They should not be utilized in real-world application as they are based only on very limited and dated open source information. Assumptions made within the analysis are not reflective of the position of NAMP®.
Training & Certification Disclaimer: By registering for any NAMP® or NAMU® class/certification program you hereby acknowledge you have fully read and agree to the NAMP® Terms of Use, Refund Policy & Certification Handbook. This is a Florida corporation, and all training & certification offered through NAMP®/NAMU® is "professional development" and is for informational purposes only (not to serve as licensure training or legal advice). Obtaining NAMP®/NAMU® certification does not imply you are an "expert" or "licensed" in any mortgage related field -- it simply means you have taken CampusMortgage® training classes and passed a timed online proctored exam. It also does not guarantee you will find a job. We do not provide job placement assistance. We are not owned, operated or affiliated with HUD, FHA, VA, State Government or Federal Government in any way. NAMP®/NAMU® certification is not a local, State or Federal Government issued certification. We reserve the right, at any time, to strengthen and enhance any NAMP®/NAMU® certification by changing curriculum and/or discontinuing any of the training classes included in any NAMP®/NAMU® certification. We also reserve the right, at any time, to change the NAMP®/NAMU® certification process and/or discontinue any NAMP®/NAMU® certification altogether. NOTE: NAMP®/NAMU® certification is available only to United States citizens and lawfully admitted permanent residents of the United States.
NAMP Member/Certificant Directory (Public Profile) - Hold Harmless/Indemnify: Your privacy is very important to us, and we take every measure to safeguard your privacy. HOWEVER, if you provide NAMP with your Name/Profile Image as it relates to your NAMP Membership/Certification, this means you give NAMP permission to publish it within the NAMP website and NAMP Member/Certificant Directory. And as such, this means that you are allowing everyone, including people off of the NAMP website, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile picture). Your decision to post your Name/Profile Image within the NAMP Website and NAMP Member/Certificant Directory means you shall hold harmless and indemnify NAMP and its agents, directors, officers, members, employees and/or volunteers from any and all claims, loss, damage, costs (including court costs & attorney fees) however caused resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected to your Name/Profile Image being made public via the NAMP Website and NAMP Member/Certificant Directory. NOTE: If you prefer to not have your Name/Profile Image posted on the NAMP® Website and NAMP® Member/Certificant Directory, you may opt out at any time by simply emailing or calling us directly at 800-865-8550 Press 2, and we will promptly remove it.
NAMP® Certification - Hold Harmless/Indemnify: By proceeding forward with obtaining any NAMP® certification, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAMP® and its employees, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, affiliates, and agents (as it relates to your NAMP® certification) from and against any and all liabilities, actions, claims, damages, costs, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees & costs, arising out of (a) any negligent act or omission by you, or (b) any breach of any term contained in the NAMP® certification paperwork. This indemnification shall remain effective indefinitely and shall not terminate with the expiration or termination of your NAMP® certification.
Training Class - Hold Harmless/Indemnify: By proceeding forward with taking any NAMP® or CampusMortgage® training class, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless CampusMortgage® and its employees, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all liabilities, actions, claims, damages, costs, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees & costs, arising out of any negligent act or omission by you. This indemnification shall remain effective indefinitely and shall not terminate with the expiration or termination of the training class.
1-Year Access: Once a student enrolls, the student will have one year of access to the CampusMortgage® Online Training Portal & related services, which will start from when the student first logs into the CampusMortgage® Online Training Portal — not from date of purchase. This one-year period applies to the webinars, course materials, exams and customer support.
Certification Exam Format: You may re-take a NAMP® certification exam up to (3) times with a “cooling off” period of (14) calendar days between each failed exam. If you fail a NAMP® certification exam three times, you must wait 1 year before you can re-register for the same NAMP® certification -- the 1-year waiting period will start from the date of the third failed exam.

Instructor Questions Not Permitted. We do not permit students to ask questions directly to the instructors. However, we do include source links within each presentation, so students can gain further clarity on particular topics and get updates throughout the year on new rule/guidelines changes, etc.
Accessibility Statement: NAMP® is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of all of its websites for all our customers, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA). Our efforts are ongoing as technology advances.
As for viewing our online training classes, here are some of the accessibility steps we’ve taken:
We’ve added Close Captioning to all our training classes.
We provide all students with 1 year access to our training classes, even though the average time a student takes to complete the training is between 1-3 months.
We utilize a video streaming service, which adheres to WCAG AA compliance standards such as ease of use with screen readers to help ensure that all video player elements can be read properly by screen readers, like JAWS & NVDA, as well as a default color contrast ratio that meets minimum WCAG AA standards, and more.
We can provide a student with extra time to take the exam instead of the standard 1-hour time limit.
We can make other special accommodations in accordance with ADA requirements.
If you require special ADA accommodations, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@mortgageprocessor.org or 800-865-8550 x104 during our normal business hours (Monday thru Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.).

I have said it before and I will say it again and that is, do not believe everything you hear or read for that matter. In this particular instance I am referring to AUS Findings. I have had countless conversations with processors and loan officer who want to know why I am asking for documentation that the AUS findings have clearly stated wasn’t needed or worse, they can’t believe I am turning a loan down that has an Approve/Eligible. So here it is again and pay particular attention to the details because just because you have an Approve/Eligible or Accept doesn’t necessarily mean you have a done deal.
