ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS: Each CampusMortgage® instructor has an average of 15+ years of prior mortgage related experience, and draws from a deep knowledge base that may include such areas as: loan processing, mortgage underwriting, FHA, VA, conventional loans, commercial lending, non-QM, multi-family, USDA Rural Housing loans and more.
HOW IT WORKS: As soon as you enroll, we will email you a link & password, so you can access our simple, easy-to-use online training portal. From here, you can start taking the (4) recorded webinars & course materials IMMEDIATELY (with 24/7 access for 1 year).
EXAM FORMAT: In order to earn NAMP®-CMP certification we require you take a 1-hour timed 30-question exam (multiple choice/true & false). You must get at least 75% of the questions correct in order to pass the exam. You may re-take the exam up to 3 times (there is a 2-week “cooling off” period in between each failed exam). If you fail the NAMP®-CMP certification exam three times, you must wait 1 year before you can re-register for the same NAMP®-CMP certification -- the 1-year waiting period will start from the date of the third failed exam.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: You’ll need the following: 1) a Computer, 2) an Internet Connection, 3) Computer Speakers and 4) Webcam/Microphone. NOTE: If needed, you can purchase a webcam/microphone for around $10 on Amazon.
GRADUATION: You’ll receive the Certified Mortgage Processor (CMP)® certification after you’ve: 1) completed all four training classes and 2) passed a 30-question online “proctored” exam.
REFUND POLICY, CERTIFICATION HANDBOOK & TERMS OF USE: Before purchasing any NAMP® certification program, we recommend you thoroughly read our Refund Policy, Certification Handbook & Terms of Use — which you will be required to have fully read & accepted prior to beginning the certification process.

I have said it before and I will say it again and that is, do not believe everything you hear or read for that matter. In this particular instance I am referring to AUS Findings. I have had countless conversations with processors and loan officer who want to know why I am asking for documentation that the AUS findings have clearly stated wasn’t needed or worse, they can’t believe I am turning a loan down that has an Approve/Eligible. So here it is again and pay particular attention to the details because just because you have an Approve/Eligible or Accept doesn’t necessarily mean you have a done deal.
